Legal
Privacy Policy
This website, kameir.com, is operated by Decentralized Publishing LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company headquartered in the United States. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to it.
1. Information we collect
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first analytics service. Plausible does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your browser, and does not collect or store any personally identifiable information. The aggregate traffic data it records — page views, referrers, country of origin, device type — cannot be used to identify you individually. No consent banner is required because no personal data is processed.
Contact form
The contact form on this site is powered by Formspree. When you submit the form, the information you enter — your name, email address, and message — is transmitted to Formspree's servers and forwarded to us by email. Formspree processes this data under its own privacy policy. We retain your message for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and for legitimate business record-keeping.
Server logs
Our hosting provider (ChemiCloud) may collect standard web server logs, including IP addresses, browser user-agent strings, and request timestamps. These logs are used solely for security, performance, and abuse prevention purposes and are not shared with third parties except as required by law.
2. Cookies
This site does not set any first-party cookies. Plausible Analytics operates without cookies. No advertising networks or tracking pixels are present on this site.
3. How we use your information
Information you submit via the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not build advertising profiles from site visitors.
4. Legal basis for processing (EEA and UK visitors)
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process any personal data you provide through the contact form on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
5. California residents (CCPA / CPRA)
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion of that information, and to opt out of any sale of their information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, contact us at the address below. We will respond within 45 days as required by law.
6. Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained for as long as the associated business relationship or inquiry is active, and thereafter only as long as required for legitimate business or legal purposes. Server logs are typically retained for 30 days and then deleted automatically.
7. Data security
All traffic to and from this site is encrypted via HTTPS (TLS). We take reasonable technical measures to protect information transmitted to us, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
8. Third-party links
This site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.
9. Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
